PULASKI COUNTY ATTORNEY ADAM FOGLEMAN ANNOUNCES BID FOR PULASKI COUNTY TREASURER

Updated: Nov 7, 2025

Little Rock, AR — Pulaski County Attorney Adam Fogleman has announced his candidacy to serve as Pulaski County’s next treasurer.

“I’m running for County Treasurer because I believe Pulaski County’s future depends on strong, forward-focused financial leadership. The success of every program, every project, and every opportunity for progress begins with sound finances. I care deeply about our community and believe that responsible stewardship, innovation, and collaboration are the keys to meeting every challenge we face.”

A bold legal mind and civic leader, Fogleman has earned a reputation as a visionary attorney and policy innovator — uniting legal excellence with public service. Pulaski County Attorney since 2015, he’s led high impact litigation and spearheaded statewide initiatives that bring together government, nonprofits, and community leaders. Whether in the courtroom or championing environmental and public development projects, his strategic leadership continues to shape Arkansas‘s legal and civic landscape.

Prior to his tenure as county attorney, he served as the Deputy Prosecutor for the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas, and worked in private practice in the Arkansas delta. He is on the board of the Downtown Little Rock Community Development Corporation, Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas, the Arkansas Advanced Energy Foundation, and is a member of the Congress for Rural Resilience, the Pulaski and Arkansas Bar Associations. He co-founded real estate development and construction firms and has led or collaborated on dozens of developments in Little Rock’s historic Pettaway neighborhood. He is a member of First United Methodist Church Little Rock.

Fogleman is a graduate of the William H. Bowen School of Law and earned his Bachelor of Science in Aviation from Henderson State University.

Adam’s favorite pastime is exploring Arkansas’s natural places with his son, Jude.
